Management System Policies
We have developed and regularly maintain the Information Security Policy (ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018), Service Management Policy (ISO 20000), Quality Policy (ISO 9001), Environmental Policy (ISO 14001), Privacy Policy, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
Facility Security Clearance Certificate
We hold a Facility Security Clearance Certificate at the level SECRET, issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia. This certificate confirms our capability and reliability in handling classified information designated as: National SECRET, NATO SECRET, and EU SECRET.
The Facility Security Clearance Certificate is a prerequisite for concluding contracts involving the exchange of classified information. Through certification, we have demonstrated the implementation of information security measures and standards required for specific classified contracts. By holding this certificate, we are authorized to enter into national and international classified contracts with state authorities of the Republic of Croatia, NATO and EU bodies, as well as with NATO and EU Member States authorities.
Compliance with GDPR Requirements
Our operations are fully aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all relevant legislation of the Republic of Croatia in the field of information and technical security.
