KING ICT participates again this year in one of the most important B2B project conferences in the region – JUMP IT Forum – held for the seventh time in Zagreb, on 7 and 8 October.
KING ICT will be represented by Josipa Nikić (Project Manager) at the conference with a lecture entitled: “How a project that started without a PM led to new project contracts with users – the impact of the project manager on the client, the internal team, and the external supplier team”. Josipa will be joined by Ana Gluhak Project Manager and Head of the Accounting Department of Hrvatske autoceste (Croatian Motorways).
The lecture will provide a concrete practical example and will address important topics regarding the role of the project manager in building trust, stability, and long-term collaboration – both with clients and within teams.
Using case studies, Josipa will explain why the project manager is the link between teams whose role is to guide all project stakeholders toward the same shared goal.
“Of course, a PM must have the necessary knowledge and be proficient in the field, but it is the passion for this work that makes the difference between an average, good, and outstanding PM. In this lecture, using concrete examples, I want to demonstrate the impact a PM’s presence – or absence – can have on a project”, said Josipa.
