The International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA) will hold another conference with the aim of enabling the exchange of knowledge and experience amongst business analyses, and facilitating business analysis to further develop their skills.
At the Balkan Business Analysis Conference, to be held on 6 November 2020, KING’s senior business analyst Maja Golubić will hold a lecture entitled, “PM, BA and PO – can they co-exist in Agile?”
Even though Agile has been a hot topic for years, many companies have still not succeeded in transforming their companies in that direction. A part of the problem lies in the fact that this is a methodology that has introduced several new team roles, while completely leaving out some of the traditional team roles.
In order to conquer Agile “by the book”, then you should not have a project leader or business analyst, but instead you should have a product owner. But what if we retain the project leader or business analyse, and also adopt the product owner? Can we keep all three roles and still be agile?
